At PennComp, we understand the importance of and also value solid communication and expectation management. In that light, we have included an overview of our application and interview process.
First round
We ask you to send us your updated resume with your contact information. If we are hiring individuals with your skill set, we will ask you to come to our office at a mutually agreeable time to complete an application and complete two separate assessments. You can expect to hear from us within two weeks from submission of your resume and two weeks maximum after your initial office visit.
Second round
In this round of interviews, we will review your functional, technical, project management, team-working skills, as well as the skills that are most relevant to the role you have applied for. In this office visit, you will have one or more competency-based interview with a member of the HR Department, Senior Management, and/or technical interviews. The second round will focus upon many of the skills and attributes that we feel are important for success at PennComp. Your interviewer(s) will ask you for specific examples that demonstrate certain competencies and will discuss these with you in-depth as it relates to the new/open position. Within 2 weeks of attending your second round office visit you will be advised of the outcome.
PLEASE NOTE: For the majority of candidates, our process is a two-stage process. However, there are occasions where we may deviate as unique situations arise.
