At PennComp, we understand the importance of solid communication and expectation management. For the majority of candidates, you can expect our process to be completed in two stages. However, there are occasions where we may deviate for unique situations.
First Round Send us an updated resume with your contact information. If we're hiring individuals with your skill set, we'll ask you to come to our office at a mutually agreeable time to complete an application and two separate assessments. You can expect to hear from us within a few days if you appear to be a fit for an open position after your initial office visit.
Second Round In this round of interviews, we review your functional, technical, project management, and communication style preferences, as well as your personal career goals. During this office visit, you'll have one or more competency-based interviews with members of the service team, senior management, and/or technical team. This session will focus upon many of the skills and attributes that we believe are important for success at PennComp. Within one week of attending your second-round office visit, you can expect to hear from us on the outcome.
